Warfarin is an oral anticoagulant. Formulations: tablets 1, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.5, 10 mg. Previously available as Coumadin. Acts on vitamin K–dependent coagulation factors II, VII, IX, and X.
