Lopinavir/ritonavir is a boosted protease inhibitor for HIV-1 used with 2 NRTIs. Neonatal: ≥14 days and PMA ≥42 weeks—16 mg/kg lopinavir + 4 mg/kg ritonavir (or 300 mg/m² + 75 mg/m²) PO twice daily.
