Ceftazidime is a third-generation cephalosporin. Injection: 1, 2, 6 g vials. Frozen injection: 1 g/50 mL 4.4% dextrose; 2 g/50 mL 3.2% dextrose (iso-osmotic). Contains ~2.3 mEq sodium per gram.
