Cefaclor is a second-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. Capsules: 250, 500 mg. Extended-release tablets: 500 mg. Oral suspension: 125 mg/5 mL (150 mL); 250 mg/5 mL (150 mL); 375 mg/5 mL (100 mL). Doses should be given on an empty stomach. Extended-release tablets are not recommended for children and should not be crushed, cut, or chewed. Not recommended…
