Pediatric Appendicitis Score (PAS) is a diagnosis tool commonly applied in Pediatrics. Clinical score (0–10) for appendicitis evaluation in children. Eight criteria: migration of pain to RLQ, neutrophilia >75%, leukocytosis >10k, nausea/vomiting, fever >38°C, anorexia, RLQ tenderness on palpation (2), RLQ pain with cough/percussion/hopping (2).
