Fluconazole is a triazole antifungal agent used for treatment and prophylaxis of candidiasis, cryptococcal meningitis, and other susceptible fungal infections. Tablets: 50, 100, 150, 200 mg. Injection: 2 mg/mL (50, 100, 200 mL), containing approximately 9 mEq sodium per 2 mg drug. Oral suspension: 10 mg/mL (35 mL) and 40 mg/mL (35 mL).
