Dimenhydrinate is a first-generation antihistamine with antiemetic properties used for the prevention and treatment of nausea, vomiting, and dizziness associated with motion sickness and other causes. Tablets (OTC): 50 mg; chewable tablets (OTC): 50 mg (contain ~0.75 mg phenylalanine). Injection: 50 mg/mL; contains benzyl alcohol and propylene glycol.
